Tag Dual Pad Shooters are for those who shoot left or right handed. The quilted pads give shoulder recoil protection. These versatile, double stitched shirts are functional and durable. Features include cross-stitch re-enforced epaulets, pleated chest pockets making them the best of Africa. Mini pockets on sleeves, pleated chest pockets with button down flaps. 100% hand picked 5 1/2oz. cotton pigment dyed, garment washed, pre-shrunk. Made in Africa. Machine wash and dry. Available in short and long sleeves. Sleeve length 36 inches long sleeves. What Texas Safari Says: The Dual Pad Shooter Shirt is functional, stylish, and comfortable safari wear. Unlike clingy t-shirts or short sleeve shirts made of synthetic materials, the Dual Pad Shooter shirt is cool and breathable. Although the "Tropicool" cotton fiber construction of the shirt was designed with Africa in mind, wearing it on a recent trip to the outskirts of Corpus Christi, I couldn't help but wonder how much the humidity-choked climate surrounding the company's Houston headquarters came into play during the design phase. The shirt handles humidity and sweat exceptionally well. The quilted shooter pads, although adding style, are actually fairly padded and offer some cushioning when shooting. The pockets are deep, well stitched, and actually large enough to accommodate more than a pair of sunglasses and a pen. Bottom line? This is a great shirt that should hold its own anywhere in the world, let alone Texas.

_____________________________________________________________________________
Year round comfort from these Zambezi convertible pants. Zip off legs for those hot summer days, zip on for those cool winter nights. Ideally suited to African hunting conditions of warm days and cool nights. 100% hand picked 6oz. cotton pigment dyed, pre-washed, pre-shrunk. Made in Africa. Machine wash and dry. Inseam 33 inches. Available in waist 32 inches to 42 even sizes What Texas Safari Says: Right out of the box these pants reminded me of my old Boy Scout uniform. However, further inspection showed them to be a much lighter shade of green (than I remember) and a lot more stylish. Once on, my recollections of good ol' Troop 364 in Bryan, Texas ceased. These pants have little, if anything, in common with the old cardboard tube-stiff pants of my youth. The Zambezi convertible pants fabric is thin enough to be cool but strong enough to handle briars, thorns, and all the collected junk in the front seat of any deer lease vehicle. The belt loops are wide and strong enough to support a belt weighted down with an ammo wallet, knife, and flashlight. Not that I would need to put any of those things on my belt as the pants have more than enough strong pockets to hold it all. Having never owned or worn a pair of convertible pants I must admit that I was somewhat concerned about reattaching the pant legs after unzipping them. But these concerns turned out to be of little consequence. The zippers performed easily and the pant legs went on without a hitch. Bottom line? Ditch your blue jeans. These pants are made for hunting.
Note: As these pants fit higher on
the waist than most of my other pants, I had to
